Object Name Moccasin
Description 1-pair moccasins. Chippewa. Buckskin. One piece with seams down vamp and heel. Vamp of black wool edged with tan and black silk ribbon. Three 5-petaled flowers of clear, blue and red beads on vamp. Cuffs of black wool edged with tan ribbon. Three flower and leaf motifs of blue, yellow, red, pink and iridescent orange beads around back. Each moccasin has one black and one tan ribbon tie. Cuff is lined with a cotton print of tan wheat on a brown ground.
