A female mannequin, dressed in day-wear, is displayed with a variety of hats, and a half-mannequin adorned in a fur coat. Vines of leaves and grapes are hung throughout the window. Signage in the foreground reads, "Autumn, Wine of Victorian Elegance, and French Court Splendor, Millinery Dept. Fourth Floor." A large poster is affixed to the back wall of the window display advertising the, "Man His Clothes His Sports Building" at the 1939 New York World's Fair. Printed in the lower right corner of the recto is the photograph sequence number, "17887-4x."|
