A displaced female mannequin is featured in the window pulling a cart with various goods; two of her children are seated in the cart and one follows behind on foot. Background scenery depicts a burned out forest and fields. Signage adjacent to the displaced family reads, "STOP THE INVADERS! The Fiends whose weapons are Torture Terror and Plunder must be Crushed! American Lives are pledged to Overthrow them and America's Dollars are needed to support America's Fighting Forces! Let's get the Job done Quickly!!" Signage affixed in the foreground reads, "Buy U.S. War Savings Bonds."
