Description Photograph. Sepia-toned photo showing the construction of a railroad bridge over the Rouge River. Printed text in the lower left corner of the photo shows the number, "32," and "M.C.R.R. The view looks northeastward and shows the ends of the existing railroad tracks at the banks of the Rouge River. A track-mounted construction crane and several factory buildings are visible in the background of the photo. The ground is lightly covered with snow and chunks of ice can be seen on the river.
